Scandinavian pagan celebrations honored the immensely fertile and healing potency of plants and nature powered by the radiance of the life giving Sun at this time of the year. Midsummer is a time for bonfires, healing plant work, flower wreaths, fertility rituals, prophecy and crafting magically enhanced intentions.
Where would you like to invite fertility and prosperity into your life?
Bring your staff, eye-covering, some flowers, herbs and string and explore Seidr song powered by nature magic as we “weave and wind” potent positive intentions with the help of nature allies.
Join us for an ancient seasonal and time honored blessing celebration in the Seidr tradition.
All are welcome. A brief introduction to Seidr will be offered.
To preserve confidentiality of participants, this recording omits the live Seiðr ceremony.
Bring a hood or eye covering and a wooden staff or wand and some string or yarn for knot magic. Staffs are most often 3-6 feet tall for indoor convenience.
Required: no prerequisites.
There will be a drawing for 20 people who will be selected to ask questions of the Völvas during the live High Seat.
